| Ingredients: | 4 freshwater drum filets 2 liter of 7UP soda 1/4 cup of kosher salt 2 Tbsp of O'Bay seasoning 4 whole lemons Paprika ( to sprinkle on after the boil) 2 cups of butter ( for dipping) |

| Directions: | Place the 7UP, salt, O'Bay seasoning, and 2 lemons cut in slices in a boiling pot. Once the liquid starts a small boil add the filets for a 5 to 10 minute cook. Once they are done remove and sprinkle with paprika and O'Bay seasoning and serve with butter. | |
